The Ladies Committee will be back again for Season 2013 of the football calendar.
For new members this committee encompasses all areas and gives opportunities for all sections of the club to have input into its running.
One of the highlights of the past few years (in 2009) has also been the running of a "Ladies Fashion Parade" which has been very successful. Three years ago the function's name was revamped and became the successful "Girls Night In"*, which was enjoyed by all. Whilst obviously fundraisers for the club itself, the intent is that on occasion we may offer these sorts of nights as an event for all women members and their friends to enjoy.
Our Annual Ladies Luncheon will take place at our home game on June 1st against Oak Park... where the recipient of this year's Thelma Madden Award shall be officially announced.
You need to know that we do not have regular office bearers - thus any ladies are welcome to attend - to put forward their views and offer their assistance. Anyone is welcome to join this dedicated group of women.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: During the football season, The Ferraro family operates and runs the club canteen and kitchen facilities. Lara Ferraro is in charge of the club canteen on game days but the help of volunteers is welcome. So don't hold as back the season is fast approaching - if you are over 15 or know of someone who is, and you have time to help, let us know and we will put you in touch with her.
